A simple difference

Summary

Provident provides personalised financial solutions to customers, but their brand had become dated and its offer unclear.

We rearticulated the brand to be about making a simple difference, and then developed a creative platform for them to roll out across their European heartland and new territories, including Central America. The simple illustrative style expresses a sense of optimism and modernity that transcends language differences. The refreshed brand has improved perceptions of Provident’s value for money and reputation.
